A Little Something for the Kitchen


Scott's latest - a chef's knife. Scott forged this to cut our wedding cake and is using it daily in the kitchen.

Full quench with backdraw

11 inch blade; 14 3/4 overall

11.4 ounces

Stabilized curley maple handle with brass pins

Ergonomically designed to fit the hand and Scott says, "It cuts like the devil."
