New Chef and Paring Knives

Scott just finished a chef and paring knife set for the guy who set up our website. It may have taken a while to get these completed, but I think they were well worth the wait.

Both were forged from W2, have nickle-silver bolsters and pins, and Desert Ironwood handles.

Both also have wicked hamons. You can see the hamon on the paring knife easily, but the hamon on the chef's knife is so subtle it didn't show up in these photos.
